Renault India has reported an annual growth of 20% in the past few years. The company has captured manufacturing facilities in Chennai. The Indian automobile market is growing by approximately 10% a year. There are more than 350 million people who belong to the middle class families and are the potential buyers in the country. Renault is planning to launch new cars in the country so as to hold a good position in the Indian market. The following are Renault upcoming cars in India in 2013.
Renault Duster 4×4
Duster is something which has good handling, perfect size as well as a good ride. The company is already facing difficulties in meeting the demands of the Duster. The 4×4 version of the Duster is much awaited by everyone even though the previous Duster itself is a huge success. The new Duster will be the perfect car off road and is designed for true car enthusiasts. The car will be coming in a fully loaded avatar and even though the price of the car is higher, people would surely not mind paying. The car is expected to be launched by November 2013.

New Renault Fluence
The Fluence was the first car that was launched by Renault in India. The new Renault Fluence has been given aggressive looks as it is sharper and curvy compared to its previous model. The car has a much aggressive look because of the bigger grille. The changes are mostly to the exteriors. The cabin remains mostly the same as there are very few changes made to the interiors. The car will be equipped with a 1.5-litre engine that can produce maximum power of 108bhp @4000rpm and maximum torque of 240Nm @2000rpm. The car also features EBD, ABS and enhanced stopping capabilities in order to ensure safety. The car is expected to be launched by December 2013.

After the success of the Duster, the company will be launching the Sandero. The car is practically for off road purposes as the car has a ground clearance of 40mm. The car also features front fog lamps, rear skid plates, two tone bumpers as well as 16-inch wheels. The interior of the car is fitted with air conditioning, rear parking sensors, cruise control and multimedia system. It will be powered by a 3-cylinder turbo charged engine which will be capable of producing maximum power of 90bhp. The car is expected to be launched by January 2014.

The Lodgy is a car designed for safety. The car has been given a corporate look with grille around the Dacia logo and the lines that highlight the wheel arches. The interior of the car is very spacey and has been built for practical purposes. The car will come with both the petrol as well as the diesel variant. The petrol variant will come with the 1.6 MPI and the turbocharged TCe115 engines, while the diesel variant will be based in the 1.5 dCi engine. The car is expected to be launched by April 2014.
Price: Rs 7-9.5 lakhs.
The Koleos belongs to the SUV segment of cars and is a fully grown car with a blend of style, deliver and performance. The car will be equipped with a 2-litre engine that can produce maximum power of 150bhp. It will come with a 6-speed automatic gearbox. Koleos has a top speed of 180kmph and can go from 0 to 100kmph in a span of 12.3 seconds. In terms of safety features, the car has ESP, ABS as well as airbags. The car is expected to be launched by the end of 2013.
