Honda is planning to use India as a platform for its global premiere. According to the company, the new concept car is called the Vision XS 1 and will display a blend of elements for its future crossover MPVs.
The concept is having 2 main primary objectives at its core, first is maximum utilization of space and the second is a sporty profile. Honda can be called the master of space utilization by anyone who has ever had the privilege of sitting in a Honda Jazz or a Honda Brio. The company has the ability to wrap up its technical components tighter than any other manufacturer. This is a part of the company’s philosophy – Man Maximum – Machine Minimum. It will be still an interesting thing to see how the Honda engineers will wrap this utilitarian car in an aggressive and sporty manner.
Honda will also display the new Honda Mobilio MPV and the new Jazz in the country for the first time. In addition the company will also display the new Honda NSX concept car and the new Accord Hybrid at the upcoming event of the Indian Auto Expo 2014. The company, although, will not bring its SUV, Vezel, at the Auto Expo.
At the event, Honda has also announced to showcase the Honda City diesel which has been launched recently. The enthusiasts will also get to see Honda Brio, the Honda Amaze compact sedan and the CR-V SUV at the Expo 2014.
